Throughout my career, I have designed, developed, implemented and managed a wide variety of projects, including web-based learning, instructor-led training, branding and web design, and marketing and outreach initiatives. Below, I've highlighted four instructional design projects that represent my skillsets and strengths. I've also provided a gallery with more samples of my work. Lunar Lander
Department Training
When an internal software engineering department reached out asking for a way to ensure their employees were up-to-date on the department's mission, principles, and goals, I proposed and developed an e-learning course based on a vintage video game. Through this interactive experience, learners have to safely land their ship on the moon by correctly answering questions about the learning content.

New Employee
Onboarding & Orientation
In 2018, my team worked to shift the employee onboarding & orientation experience to be fully online. This process was expedited with the 2020 shift to remote work. For this project to be a success, I partnered with SMEs from across the institution to produce over 20 video presentations, develop functioning checklists, and create an interactive passport program to ensure new employees’ needs were met… even in a constantly shifting environment.

Performance Management
In 2017, I led the team that launched a new online performance review process using a talent management system (PeopleAdmin). After working with the vendor to build the online system, I administered a pilot program to identify employee training & resource needs. From there, I developed a series of solutions, including video tutorials, just-in-time job aids, and an interactive eLearning module for new hires.

Tips & Tutorials
With the rapid shift to remote work in 2020, I quickly identified a need for Zoom tools and resources to help employees navigate the remote workspace. After conducting a needs assessments, I developed a video tutorial about creating video tutorials using Zoom. Beyond that, I developed job aids and templates to help employees deliver presentations and training over Zoom.

Online Learning Samples
This hands-on e-learning was developed to teach colleagues how to best utilize our e-learning software. Created using Elucidat, Snagit, Camtasia, and Canva.
This is the first session of a self-paced Virtual Book Club I developed using Techsmith Camtasia and Adobe Spark.
